Bollard installation
Bollard installation
Step 1: Dig the foundation pit
Foundation pit width: 500mm
Foundation pit depth: 1200mm
Bollard installation
Step 2: Laying the bottom reference surface
Lay bricks at the bottom of the foundation pit.
Masonry layer thickness 200mm
Step 3:
laying drains (1)
Use bricks to make a drain on the gravel laid in advance.
Drainage channel width: 100mm
Height: 100mm
Laying drains (2)
According to the number of lifting columns, build a layer above the drain to cover the drain to avoid filling the drain when the cement is poured.
Step 4: Place the lifting column
After the drainage channel is completed, put the lifting column in order according to the plan, adjust the horizontal angle, and ensure that the lifting column is flush with the road surface.
Step 5: Fixed equipment
After ensuring that the equipment is level with the ground, fill in a small amount of cement to fix the equipment.
Step 6: Equipment wiring
The TV line uses RVV3*2.5 specification wire, and the LED warning light uses 4*1.5 specification wire. Plug the PVC pipe into the control box after connecting the wire.
Step 7: Control box wiring
According to the diagram, it is the connection method of the control box. The motor wires are respectively connected to the positive and negative wires of the motor, and the common wire LED light group is connected to the positive and negative wires of the light group.
Step 8: Debug
After the control box is connected, conduct a power-on test to ensure that the lifting is normal, and the rising and falling directions are consistent with the remote control.
Step 9: Backfill with rammed earth
After the equipment is debugged correctly, fill it with sand and compact it, leaving a distance of 200mm from the ground.
Step 10: Pave the ground
Ensure that the lifting column is parallel to the ground, so that cement can be poured on the rammed earth layer, flush with the ground, and the road can be restored
