Hydraulic integrated rising bollard (herein referred to as rising bollard), adopts the integration of hydraulic power source and hydraulic action lever, and two-way integrated hydraulic movement. The system uses a micro-motor to connect with the gear pump and the oil tank through a connecting block with integrated valves, and then assembles with the integrated hydraulic cylinder to form a complete micro-hydraulic system. The system is installed inside the main body of the roadblock through structural parts. The complete conversion process of electrical energy -> mechanical energy -> hydraulic energy has truly realized the integration of microcomputer, electricity and hydraulics. The lifting time of the rising bollard is no more than 5 seconds, and it has good temperature adaptability. The system is equipped with an emergency release system. In emergency situations such as power failure, the column can be artificially lowered to open the passage and release the vehicle.


  The control method is flexible and maneuverable. In addition to the conventional wire control (ie manual button box), it can be used for near/remote remote control, which is suitable for high-frequency and high-security vehicles entering and exiting places.


      The rising bollard has the following characteristics:

  Multiple columns can be raised and lowered synchronously; a single failure will not affect the use of other columns.

  system structure


   The rising bollard system is to ensure that the roadblock system takes off and landing as required, and its control method is flexible and maneuverable, and it is suitable for high-security vehicles entering and exiting places. It is widely used in schools, government agencies, communities, etc. The system architecture diagram is shown below. For the sake of safety, the system adopts an independent operation mode and does not support platform linkage for the time being.

  System composition

   Control system-Composed of PLC and electrical components, it can receive control signals and control the rising/falling of the rising bollard.


   Button Box-Manually operate the rising bollard up/down. When power failure or failure, the pressure can be relieved by operating the stop and down buttons at the same time, and the rising bollard is lowered.


  Remote control-can wirelessly control the up/down of the rising bollard, the farthest distance is 100 meters
