In order to make the detector work in the best condition, the inductance of the coil should be kept between 100uH-300uH. When the inductance of the coil remains unchanged, the number of turns of the coil has an important relationship with the circumference. The smaller the circumference, the more turns. As there may be various cable pipelines, steel bars, sewer covers and other metal materials buried under the road, these will have a great impact on the actual inductance of the coil, so the data in the above table is for user reference only. In actual construction, the user should use the inductance tester to actually test the inductance value of the inductor coil to determine the actual number of turns in the construction, as long as the final inductance value of the coil is within a reasonable working range (such as between 100uH and 300uH).

When winding the coil, leave a sufficient length of wire to connect to the loop inductor and ensure that there is no joint in the middle. After the coil cable is wound, the lead cable must be made into a tightly twisted form, requiring at least 20 twists of 1 meter. Otherwise, the untwisted output leads will introduce interference and make the coil inductance unstable. The output lead length should generally not exceed 5 meters. Since the sensitivity of the detection coil decreases with the increase of the lead length, the length of the lead cable should be as short as possible.

To embed the coil, first use a road cutter to cut grooves on the road surface. Chamfer the four corners with 45 degrees to prevent the sharp corners from damaging the coil cable. The groove width is generally 4 to 8 mm, and the depth is 30 to 50 mm. At the same time, cut a slot for the coil lead to the curb. But pay attention: the cutting groove must be clean and free of water or other liquids. When winding the coil, the coil must be straightened, but not too tight and close to the bottom of the groove. After the coil is wound, the output lead wire that has been twisted is led out through the lead slot. During the winding process of the coil, an inductance tester should be used to actually test the inductance value of the inductance coil and ensure that the inductance value of the coil is between 100uH and 300uH. Otherwise, the number of turns of the coil should be adjusted.

Determine the location

Where the gate is easily visible, the gate rod faces outward (intersection), the ground of the gate and the road surface should be the same level, and the concrete surface of the road surface needs time as the foundation of the gate.

Install the chassis

Take out the accessories included in the box.

Place the box in a determined position, open the door, use a marker or screwdriver to mark the holes in the bottom of the box, and remove the box.

Use an impact drill to punch expansion screws on the number of outlets, the hole depth is 70-80mm, and place the expansion screws, adjust the level and verticality of the box, and tighten the nuts.


Install the brake lever

Open the door of the box and swing the crank of the motor to clamp the brake lever in the box to a horizontal position.

Put the end of the brake rod with the screw hole into the brake rod clamp groove in the box horizontally, put on the outer brake rod clamp and flat washer, and tighten the nut.

Adjust the bar support of the barrier so that the barrier is in a horizontal position. And make the bar support of the barrier just touch the barrier.

The installation method of the barrier support is the same as that of the box body.

Tension spring adjustment

Connect the channel gate power supply and press the "▲" "▼" keys of the controller to make the gate rod move up and down 90 degrees for 4 to 5 times. status.

Disconnect the power supply, open the box machine, loosen the box cover screws, and remove the box cover.

Use a hex wrench to adjust each tension spring screw. (See Figure 3) Make the brake lever achieve the best effect when the lever is falling.

If the starting time bar shakes, it indicates that the tension of the balance spring is too large. Repeat the above operation (relax the spring screw to make the brake lever achieve the best effect when the lever is running.)

If the motor is running but the brake lever does not move when the lever is lifted, it means that the tension of the balance tension spring is insufficient. Adjust the state of the tension spring or increase the tension spring until the brake lever operates normally.

The stand-alone spring configuration is as follows:

The length of the brake lever is 6 meters with two tension springs, the length of the gear lever is 4-5 meters with two tension springs, and the length of the brake lever is less than 4 meters with one tension spring.

When adjusting, the number of turns of each nut is the same to avoid unbalanced forces.

Limit adjustment

The balance state of the gate rod has been adjusted before leaving the factory to reach the balance range. If the gate rod does not rise and fall vertically or horizontally when installed on site, the steps are as follows:

Open the door

Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the cross-head screw of the limit baffle, turn the limit baffle slightly to adjust the gate lever to the horizontal position, and tighten the screw after adjustment;

When the brake lever is not in place, the limit baffle shall be adjusted in the opposite direction, and vice versa if it exceeds the horizontal position;

When the verticality is not achieved after the brake lever is lifted, fine-tune the limit baffle clockwise to the desired position;

Lock the door of the box.

malfunction repair

Generally simple barrier faults can be solved according to the following 3 methods. If your barrier has faults other than the following 3 faults, it is recommended to ask professionals to repair it.

Can't lift off

Elimination method: whether the measurement voltage is within the range of 220V±10V;

Not in place, too much jitter

Detection reason: Check whether the operating switch magnet is adjusted well and whether the tension of the balance spring is too loose or too tight. Remedy: Adjust the position of the stroke control and tighten the tension spring link bolt;

Abnormal noise in the chassis

Detection reason: Check whether the bearing and active link part are abnormal. Remedy: add lubricating oil or replace bearings.
