The swing door will inevitably have some failures in daily use, because the failure of mechanical products is inevitable, so when the three-roller door fails, we should keep a calm attitude. What are the common faults of swing doors? How to check for faults?
Common faults and inspection methods are as follows:
1. After the power is turned on, the signal indicator and counter cannot display or read the card normally. The problem may be that the fuse of the door device control board is damaged, or check whether the plug-in is loose, and whether the power cord is open;
2. When the swing gate passes through, the rod drop phenomenon occurs. The main reasons for the failure are as follows:
(1) The drop bar device of the fixed bar is loose. At this point, we can use the key to open the machine cover, loosen the two socket head cap screws that fix the gate drop bar device, and move the drop bar device slightly upward; fix the drop bar device with the socket head cap screws. After power on, check whether the fault is eliminated. If there is any problem, repeat the contents of 2-4 to directly eliminate the gate failure;
(2) The spring of the swing gate is insufficiently elastic. For this fault, please contact the gate manufacturer to confirm and replace it.
3. The swing gate can not be fixed close after power-on. The fault may be that the drop bar is loose or disconnected, check if the gate wire is connected.
4. No response when swiping the card. Check for loose or damaged wiring to the card swipe device.
5. After reading the card, open the door in the opposite direction. Check if the door open signal wire is reversed.
