Components and functions of Rising bollard
Outer cylinder: The interior of the rising bollard is separated from the exterior by cement, which facilitates the installation and maintenance of the entire interior;
Outlet on the outer cylinder: used to pass through the tube to connect to the motor wire, solenoid valve wire, and light strip wire;
Outlet under the outer cylinder: connect to the water pipe for physical drainage, external submersible pump;
Motor: Electromechanical and hydraulic integrated, driven by the motor to drive the lift of the piston rod in the cylinder, and control the rise and fall of the inner cylinder of the lifting column;
Guide rod: connect the upper flange and bottom flange of the inner cylinder to control the inner cylinder lifting ring to move up and down along the guide rod;
Upper limit: control the inner cylinder to stop within the stroke range of the motor's piston rod during the ascending process;
Lower limit: Control the inner cylinder to stop within the range of the piston rod stroke during the descending process, and keep it flush with the stainless steel flange of the outer cylinder;
Nylon sleeve: prevent direct friction between the inner cylinder and the stainless steel flange, and will not scratch the inner cylinder;
Acrylic board: the light strip is embedded inside to play a warning role;
The upper panel of the inner cylinder: the cover of the inner cylinder is regarded as the inspection port when the motor is installed and repaired, so as to remove the connection between the motor and the inner cylinder;
Reflective tape: 3M reflective tape, warning function.
