Nine installation procedures and precautions for hydraulic anti-collision bollard

The hydraulic rising bollard is the top traffic safety tool in the protective setting. Due to the complicated internal structure, the hydraulic rising bollard must be paid special attention during the installation process, otherwise it will directly affect the later use. Today I will share with you some of the rising bollard Installation tips.

Bollard

1. Safety protection

Use fences and other facilities to enclose and isolate the construction area, and prevent warning signs in front of the intersection to prevent pedestrians and vehicles from entering the construction area. Ensure construction safety.

2. Foundation excavation

Use road cutters and electric hammers to destroy the original road surface within the slotting range (if the original road surface is floor tiles or stone steps, try not to damage the original materials and dig it out as a whole), use a pneumatic pick and a shovel to cooperate with the excavator to the ground Excavate below to a depth of 1.3 meters. And excavate a water storage well with a length of 1 meter and a depth of 2 meters next to the foundation.

3. Basic production

Excavate the foundation pit according to the requirements of the drawings, tamping the bottom, and then use concrete to pave it. After paving, the height of 1.1m from the ground is used to make the drainage layer. And the masonry collection well is used to concentrate rainwater to ensure that the equipment is not invaded by water and ensure the service life and aesthetics of the equipment.

4. Installation of rising bollard

After the foundation is made according to the requirements of the drawings, the handling equipment is installed on the made foundation. Pay attention to the drainage hole at the bottom of the rising bollard to align with the reserved three-way joint to ensure good drainage performance. Level the rising bollard with tools such as pull wires, horizontal pipes, and level rulers to ensure that the top surface of the rising bollard is flush with the ground and the height of all rising bollards is the same. When the ground is not level, please make sure it is level and do a gentle slope treatment between the top surface of the rising bollard and the ground.

5. Electrical wiring

From each rising bollard to the installation position of the control cabinet, lay a PVC32 pipe (1 RVV7*2.5), and connect the rising bollard end. The distance between the top surface of the PVC pipe and the ground surface shall not be less than 30com. When the passage often passes large vehicles, the threading pipe can be laid with galvanized steel.

6. Rebar welding

Reinforcing steel welding link: It is necessary to reconfirm that the embedded barrel is perpendicular to the road surface and divided equally, and the top of the embedded barrel is level with the road surface, and then welded steel bars to form a well-shaped frame, a total of three layers, the first layer is 30 cm from the bottom, and the second layer is the barrel part. The center and the third floor are 20 cm away from the upper part of the embedded barrel.

7. Concrete backfill

After the rising bollard is fixed, use concrete not lower than C25 for backfilling operations according to requirements, and vibrate and vibrate during the process.

8. Wiring of control box

Connect the control cabinet and the rising bollard according to the instructions.

9. Pavement restoration treatment

Use the original pavement materials for restoration. It can also be treated after pouring concrete to the ground.
