There are many factors affecting the equipment in the outdoor environment.
Rain and snow, rain, ice and snow will rust the metal casing of the equipment;
Humid weather is easy to form water droplets on the metal inner wall of the equipment, and the water droplets pose a great threat to the internal parts of the equipment and the circuit board;
High temperature exposure in summer, the metal shell will soar to 50℃-60℃ under the scorching sun. The turnstile at high temperature is equivalent to an oven. How can we avoid the effects of exposure?
In other places, they are located in deserts and are filled with wind and sand all day long. What can be done to prevent the equipment from being dust-proof effectively and avoid the impact of wind and sand on the use of equipment;
There are also the impact of cold weather in plateaus on equipment, and the corrosion of metal equipment by salt water vapor and negative air ions in coastal areas.

We first enumerate the main factors of influence, and then solve them one by one. The solution is as follows:
For rusting, this is actually the best solution. When selecting materials, use materials with high oxidation resistance and high corrosion resistance.
304 stainless steel is a very good material; as long as it is not facing a strong acid and alkali environment, 304 stainless steel is sufficient to cope with most oxidizing and corrosive environments.
The oxidizing and rusting reaction caused by rain and sea breeze can be resisted by 304 stainless steel without pressure.

For the water droplets formed on the metal inner wall of the equipment in wet weather, we dried the inner wall and made water diversion grooves on both sides of the inner wall to guide the water droplets formed by dew to flow out to avoid affecting the internal parts.
Moreover, the case is tight, and it is difficult for water vapor to enter the case, not to mention the formation of water droplets.

For high-temperature weather, we have done a bracket overhead treatment for the circuit board and most of the parts to prevent the internal electronic parts from directly contacting the inside of the metal shell.
Although it is only a few millimeters overhead, it can make the working environment temperature of electronic parts drop by 20℃-30℃, which is very effective to prevent the influence of high temperature weather on electronic parts, so that the gate equipment can always be in normal working condition.

For desert areas, although wind and sand have little impact on the use of equipment, it will also increase maintenance costs. Therefore, when designing the housing of the turnstile, we specially made a tight fit body design. The treated turnstiles not only play a good role in sand and dust prevention, but also excellent in waterproofing.
We have developed this rigorous body processing technology many years ago and used it on all products, so we have very rich experience in dust and water resistance.

As for the cold weather in the plateau, the cold will basically not affect our access gate equipment. The impact is snow and icing, which are external physical factors, and the gate itself is difficult to avoid being affected.
If the passage gate is covered by snow or frozen by freezing rain, artificial snow removal and artificial ice breaking can only be done.
Anti-collision processing
There are also collision factors that affect the access gate equipment.
Impact caused by human damage or non-human damage will affect the appearance and use of the equipment.
Therefore, when we developed this outdoor-focused 339 model, we made a little modification to the thickness of the turnstile. The material thickness of the entire body was changed from the original 1.0mm to 1.5mm. The impact resistance is three times the original, enough to deal with most accidental collisions.

Because it is used outdoors, in addition to preventing people from being damaged by collisions, we also made accidents to prevent people from being injured when they touch the turnstile.
The four corners on the chassis of this 339 gate are smoothed by us, and the right angles are made into rounded corners, which is beautiful and increases the protection for people.
