The chassis serves as a carrier, and is equipped with a direction indicator, a reading and writing device, an infrared sensor, etc.; the movement consists mainly of a motor, a frame, a drive shaft, a gate, and the like;

The electronic control system consists of a multi-Olympic card reader, a main control board, an infrared sensor, a direction indicator board, an alarm, a limit switch, and a transformer.


Doo reader (self-prepared): After reading the information on the card and after judging the processing, send the application pass signal (switch signal) to the main control board;


◆ Main control board: The control center of the system, which receives the signals of the multi-Ou card reader and the infrared sensor, and performs logical judgment and processing on these signals, and then issues execution commands to the direction indicator, motor, counter, and alarm.


◆ Infrared sensor: detect pedestrian position and play a safety role;


◆ Direction indicator: display the current status of the channel, and guide pedestrians through the channel in a safe and orderly manner;


◆ Alarm: When the system detects a pedestrian who has illegally entered the channel, it will give an alarm prompt;


◆ Limit switch: control the position of the gate rotation;


3. System working principle


1) Turn on the power, and the system will enter the working state after 3 seconds.


2) When the multi-Ou card reader reads the valid card, the buzzer will make a pleasant sound, prompting the pedestrian to read the card successfully; at the same time, judge and process the information read from the card, and send an application to the main control board. Pass signal


3) The main control board receives the signals of the multi-Ou card reader and the infrared sensor, and after comprehensive processing, sends an effective control signal to the direction indicator and the motor, so that the direction indicator turns into a green arrow pass sign, and the gate sends out Set the voice, the main control board controls the motor operation, the limit switch controls the motor rotation angle, and the gate opens to allow pedestrians to pass;


4) After the pedestrian indicates the passage through the passage according to the direction indicator mark, the infrared sensor senses the whole process of the pedestrian passing through the passage, and continuously sends a signal to the main control panel until the pedestrian has completely passed the passage;


5) If the pedestrian forgets to read the card or reads the invalid card into the channel, the system will prohibit pedestrians from passing, and a voice alarm will be issued. (Illegal intrusion, please swipe the card) until the pedestrian exits the channel, then the alarm is cancelled; re-read the valid card. Allow access;
